Adv. Wilson Anthony is a highly accomplished legal consultant and corporate trainer with deep expertise in workplace safety, legal compliance, and awareness training. Specializing in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, 2013 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, he is dedicated to creating safe, respectful, and legally compliant environments across organizations and institutions.

With a strong foundation in law and psychology, Wilson brings a unique, people-centric approach to training and consultation. He has conducted over 100+ POSH workshops, 50+ POCSO awareness sessions, and numerous labour law training programs, empowering employees, educators, and leadership teams with practical knowledge and actionable insights.

His expertise includes facilitating sensitization sessions, serving as an External Member on Internal Committees, supporting policy drafting, and translating complex legal frameworks into clear, real-world understanding. Wilson is known for his engaging training style, using real case studies, interactive discussions, and scenario-based learning to ensure impactful knowledge transfer.
